Upon evaluating your needs, the electrician will provide you with options, including upfront pricing and project details before any work is done.

If the price is acceptable and materials are available, the electrician in most cases is prepared to complete the work for you the same day we come out.

The electrician will also coordinate a mutually agreeable schedule to complete the work should there be something preventing the work from being completed on the same day.

Upon completion, the electrician will review the work completed with you and review final instructions regarding the installation or repair.

Upon inspection and satisfaction, an invoice will be provided for your approval. Our office staff will perform a follow-up within two business days with you to ensure your system is working fine and that you are still completely satisfied with the work completed.

Yes, Expert Wire Inc. holds our electricians to very strict standards. Each of our service electricians has completed a four-year apprentice program including a minimum of 8000 hours of field training and a minimum of 576 hours of related classroom instruction. Each service electrician holds a professional license to practice electrical installations and services. Our electricians receive ongoing continuing education classes through state-approved instructors and weekly related training from management. You may rest assured that an Expert Wire Inc. electrician is among the finest in skill, attitude, and workmanship within the electrical service industry.

Emergency Service Call appointments are available 6 days a week. Standard appointments are available Monday through Friday.

Our standard appointment is $89 and includes the electrician performing a thorough evaluation of your home's electrical system. Once that is complete, the electrician will provide you with some options (or recommendations for maintenance calls). All our options are given with flat rates, upfront pricing, and include a standard one-year warranty; Expert Club members receive a 2-year warranty. With your approval, the electrician will typically complete the work that same day depending on the scope of work.

Our Emergency appointment is $349 and includes the electrician performing a thorough evaluation of your home's electrical system. Once that is complete, the electrician will provide you with some options (or recommendations for maintenance calls). All our options are given with flat rates, upfront pricing, and include a standard one-year warranty, Expert Club members receive a 2-year warranty. With your approval, the electrician will typically complete the work that same day depending on the scope of work.

All of Expert Wire Inc.'s services receive a full one-year parts and labor warranty. Expert Club members receive a two-year parts & labor warranty on all services unless noted on the invoice. Optional Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on labor and ten-year parts warranty on service replacement packages with an active Expert Club membership.
